Inclusive Group Fitness Classes in Provincetown

Helltown Fitness provides intense yet playful strength-based Group fitness Classes to Provincetown visitors and townies alike.
Our effective, challenging, and safe workouts will support you whether you are vacationing for the week or here all year long.
Our classes are at the Crown & Anchor, Provincetown’s iconic entertainment venue, in its Paramount night club.
Using kettlebells, known for their ability to provide functional strength and conditioning through a full range of motion, along with resistance bands and bodyweight, our Shred (higher intensity circuits) and Strength (slower pace, heavier weights) workouts aim to be tough, enjoyable and rewarding workout experiences for everyone, at all fitness levels. Come for the pump, stay for the play!
We also have a bi-weekly Run Club and new for 2025, a Yoga For Lifting class that will improve your range of movement and prepare your body for functional strength work.
Helltown was the name of a settlement in Provincetown originating in the 1600s, populated by fishermen, outlaws, smugglers and pirates.
Helltown had a reputation for mischief and loose morals – the same as our owners, Tim, Andrew, and Matt – and the name conjures the fire we want to bring to your workouts.
Andrew and Tim first met many years ago through mutual friends and quickly found a shared love for Provincetown and its welcoming community. It didn’t take long for them to discover another shared love: strength-based functional fitness. Feeling strong and moving well has been incredibly beneficial for their physical and mental health, helping them avoid injury and look and feel good.
Sharing a similar outlook, Matt joined the team, first as an instructor and now as a co-owner of the business — and the three of them are able share the benefits they’ve seen from functional, longevity-promoting strength training with the entire Provincetown community.
