Our Classes

Strength

Our Strength class uses heavier kettlebells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to build full body strength, hypertrophy (bigger muscles), and stability through your full range of motion. Sets and reps will use time under tension to help you feel the burn, and progressive movements you may not have done before (think windmills and Turkish get-ups) will challenge your nervous system and teach you something new. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be scaled to make it challenging (but doable) for you.

Shred

Our metabolic conditioning class, Shred builds lean muscle mass, improves your muscular endurance, and increases the efficiency of the energy pathways in your body. Using dynamic compound movements with medium-weight kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight in a circuit format, this class will leave you feeling pumped and energized, and with an oxygen deficit that will raise your metabolism and force your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be scaled to make it challenging (but doable) for you.

Sand

Sand is our beach bootcamp class – connect with the sun, sand and surf while getting hot, sweaty, and pumped on the beach! Kettlebell movements and bodyweight exercises on an unstable surface will help you develop muscular and cardiovascular endurance and stability, as well as build lean muscle mass and challenge all of the systems of your body. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be scaled to make it challenging (but doable) for you. Don’t forget your sunscreen!

Stretch

Stability and strength through the full range of motion is the goal of this class. Dynamic stretching, static stretching, and mindful movement allow our bodies to be more resilient, pliable, and responsive to our daily tasks. Whether you’ve been training hard or partying hard, this class will increase blood flow and release tension, leaving you ready for your next adventure.
