Our Classes

Shred

Our metabolic conditioning class, Shred builds lean muscle mass, improves your muscular endurance, and increases the efficiency of the energy pathways in your body.

Using dynamic compound movements with medium-weight kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight in a circuit format, this class will leave you feeling pumped and energized, and with an oxygen deficit that will raise your metabolism and force your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be scaled to make it challenging (but doable) for you.

Strength

Our Strength class uses heavier kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to build full body strength, hypertrophy (bigger muscles), and stability through your full range of motion.

Sets and reps will use time under tension to help you feel the burn, and progressive movements you may not have done before (think windmills and Turkish get-ups) will challenge your nervous system and teach you something new. All levels are welcome, and every exercise can be scaled to make it challenging (but doable) for you.

Yoga For Lifting

Whatever impact your training’s had on your body, Yoga For Lifting makes the most of your motion by getting you stronger, stretchier and upping your range of movement.

This yoga-based class will help you develop functional strength, stability, power, and endurance; it’s a perfect complement to our kettlebell classes or however you like to train.

Dance Cardio

Step into the rhythm with our Dance Cardio speciality class! This high-energy session combines the thrill of dance with the benefits of cardio fitness, inviting you to groove to the latest pop and dance tunes. 

Learn easy-to-follow choreography that’s not only fun but also boosts your cardio health. Between dance sets, we’ll focus on core strengthening and toning exercises using light dumbbells to sculpt and define your muscles. Perfect for all levels, this class promises a workout that feels more like a party – leaving you invigorated, toned, and ready to conquer the dance floor!

Run Club

Helltown Run Club is a running workout designed to enhance both strength and endurance. Each session includes a 3.1 mile run, weaving through the streets of Provincetown, combined with bodyweight exercises aimed at increasing power and stamina.

Ideal for all fitness levels, Run Club challenges individuals to push their limits and achieve new personal bests in a fun and supportive group setting while exploring all the sights and sounds that this town has to offer. This dynamic class may include intervals, hills, sprints, and distance work, all in a supportive environment where participants can grow stronger and more resilient together.
