Our classes are at Provincetown’s iconic entertainment venue and hotel, Gifford House, in the Wilde Room.

When you arrive at Gifford House, it’s best to enter through the doors of the Wilde Room, which are located at 75 Bradford Street. You can also enter through the hotel lobby up the steps on Carver Street, though in the offseason the lobby door might locked.

You can expect to be greeted by a coach who will direct you to the equipment area to choose your kettlebells, resistance bands, and spot on the floor.
