Our classes this summer are at Provincetown’s iconic entertainment venue and hotel, the Crown & Anchor, on the pool deck, at the beach, and in the Paramount night club (when it rains).

When you arrive at the Crown & Anchor, head straight back to the pool deck through Wave Bar. You can expect to be greeted by a coach who will direct you to the equipment area to choose your kettlebells, resistance bands, and workout location.
