Andrew, Tim, and Matt

Andrew Brennan

A former member of the US National Rowing Team and bronze medalist at the Rowing World Championships, Andrew’s guiding principle for fitness (and everything, really) is that hard work pays off. After working in tech for over a decade (while still competing internationally in marathons, rowing races, and an Ironman triathlon), he found his passion in coaching and helping people improve their physical and mental health through resistance training. He is a UK-certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and holds certifications in Functional Kettlebell Training (PPSC) and applied biomechanics and resistance training (Pre-Script Level 1), as well as a Professional Diploma in Fitness Instruction from Austin Peay State University.

Tim Bish

Matt Ganas

A health and wellness professional with over 25 years of experience, Tim helps people live their happiest lives by working with them to be their healthiest. Initially, Tim trained as a professional dancer and had a successful career on Broadway, concert dance, film, and TV. Later he became an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, a licensed acupuncturist, a personal trainer, and a certified men’s coach and facilitator. Tim is excited to bring this body of work to the fitness community here in Provincetown with Helltown Fitness. You’ll also find Tim teaching yoga at two local yoga studios and leading the men’s embodiment circle.

Matt's fitness journey is rooted in the discipline and dedication he learned as an athlete and lifelong runner. An experienced educator, Matt believes fitness should be accessible to everyone and enjoys working with people of different abilities, regardless of their starting point or background. Matt is a National Council for Strength and Fitness certified personal trainer and certified strength coach, and as a year-round resident of Provincetown you can find him running on the trails, streets, and beaches of this vibrant and active community.
