Helltown Fitness is truly one of the best parts of being in Provincetown. The trainers are exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you get stronger and feel better. Matt is my absolute favorite—he strikes that rare balance of pushing you just enough while making every session feel approachable and even fun.

What really sets Helltown apart is the community. It’s supportive, welcoming, and completely unpretentious—whether you’re just getting started or have been working out for years, you feel like you belong.

The workouts themselves are incredibly efficient and effective. You get in, work hard, and leave feeling like you’ve actually accomplished something.

And it feels especially good to support a locally owned queer business that’s doing things this well. Provincetown is lucky to have it.

Another trip to Provincetown, and another great class at Helltown Fitness! Matt manages to outdo himself every time I take a class at Helltown Fitness. The classes are challenging but fun and Matt and the other trainers are incredibly supportive and welcoming. They pay attention throughout the session and offer form corrections and modifications, making the classes appropriate for all levels. I just wish I could take them back to NYC with me!

I’ve been a regular at Helltown Fitness for 3 summers, and it’s consistently outstanding… the instructors, coaching, workout routines (always different and never boring!), vibe, music, and openness to everyone. It’s a fantastic workout for all skill levels, and the intimidation factor is zero. All workouts can be adjusted to your abilities and goals, and the only pressure is what you create for yourself based on how you want to workout. It’s an incredibly fun and effective workout every time, thanks to the great experience the coaches deliver every time. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed!
